So you can be sure to have the tools and pans you need close by, this unit comes with a cabinet base. This base is instead of an oven and lets your employees store items that they use frequently in a location that is safe, sanitary, and out of the way but still within arms' reach.
Designed to make kitchen tasks easier, this range features a large, 27" deep work surface that is designed for more capacity. Plus, it has a 5" front plate rail that gives you a cool place to set tools and also prevents burns if employees brush against the front of the range. In addition, it comes equipped with a stainless steel backguard, removable shelf, and 6" adjustable stainless steel legs so you have everything you need to set up your cooking line. This unit requires a natural gas connection for operation.
