VACUUM PACK MACHINE 16 BAR

The Atmovac Buran is an external vacuum packaging machine perfect for preserving, cooking, and reheating foods. It has a 16-inch seal bar for sealing larger portions, and compact dimensions of 19.3" x 10.25" x 5.5".

The Atmovac Buran includes (10) 8" x 12" and (10) 11" x 16" channeled vacuum packaging bags. Channelled vacuum packaging bags have small "channels" on both sides that improves the removal of air. This makes for a better seal, and extends the shelf life of packaged food.

Vacuum packaging has a wide variety of uses, encompassing storage, cooking, and rethermalizing food. Vacuum sealing food eliminates air, which can contain microorganisms that will rot your food quicker than if it was exposed to little or no air. Additionally, vacuum sealed food can be easier to store than food in containers.

Once food is vacuum sealed, it can be submersed in hot water to cook it. This process is commonly referred to as "sous-vide" cooking. Finally, rethermalizing food is simply when you reheat food that's already been cooked. With vacuum sealing, you can effectively store food that's already been prepared to be reheated at a later date.
