We are currently seeking staff to fill the following positions:

THE ROLE:
Do you have a positive attitude, ambition to grow and a drive to provide the best possible service to clients? In a highly competitive industry, we are looking for a Customer Service oriented individual that will respond quickly and effectively to our constantly changing customer needs. In the Customer Service Relations role, you will provide polished, quality service to our internal and external customers.

  • Customer service duties including calling customers, answering calls and entering orders
  • Following up on inactive quotes, and maintaining call lists for active and inactive customers
  • Interacting with commercial and retail customers over the phone to provide prompt service
  • Managing and resolving customer complaints; escalating unresolved issues
  • Supporting sales representatives, commercial clients and retails customers by sourcing product and providing pricing and details.
  • Organizing workflow to meet customer time frames
  • Performing administrative functions such as setting up new customer accounts, processing orders, providing quotes and information as well as running various computer reports
  • Working with customers on our website through chat.
  • Making warm and cold calls
  • Weekend and Stat Holiday work required
  • The hours for this role is 11:30am -8:00pm.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Team player with a positive attitude and the ability to adapt to change
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong mathematical skills, accuracy, attention to detail and data-entry experience
  • Customer service focus
  • Bilingual candidates preferred
  • Computer skills (including the use of Microsoft Excel and Word);
  • Strong multi-tasking and problem-solving skills
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to prioritize and flex based on quickly changing priorities

THE ROLE:

You are a dedicated and driven individual who thrives in a physically demanding and detail oriented role. You approach what you do with a clear understanding of the direct impact on the customer and the business and work extensively to take a safe and supportive approach to deliver the best possible results to our customers.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience, and/or training in a warehouse environment, WHIMIS, forklift would be beneficial;

Strong communication skills (verbal and written) & strong customer service manner;

Comfortable working independently, and in a team setting;

Strong attention to detail and a proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment;

Computer literacy in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook);

Be a Team Player, with a good attitude, and respect for co-workers and customers;

Be physically fit and able to lift heavy product consistently

Must have a flexible schedule as start and finish times may vary, be open to working occasional weekends;

The drive to ensure 100% customer satisfaction;

Full G class license;
