This part is a temperature probe, to be used with Alto Shaam cook and hold ovens. This is used to measure the internal temperature of food products in the oven.The probe has a range of -40°F to +400°F (-40°C to +205°C) and is accurate to within ±1°F (±0.5°C). It also features an adjustable set point that can be set from -40°F to +400°F (-40°C to +205°C). The probe is designed for use with Alto Shaam models 1000-T. The probe is stainless steel and has a long cable that reaches into center of the food being cooked.
