The SFE01860 Electric Fryer from Eurodib takes frying to the next level, delivering precise control and professional performance for chefs and home cooks alike. Ideal for classic favorites or creative culinary experiments, it makes frying effortless and consistent. This fryer features a wide temperature range of 105–370°F (40–190°C) and a tilt-back, removable electric head assembly for easy access and cleaning. Its immersion-type stainless steel tubular element comes with a protector and tank base plate, while a thermostat control and indicator light ensure accurate cooking. The stainless steel oil tank is easily removable, and the unit comes complete with a stainless steel lid, stainless steel basket, and non-slip feet for safety.
