This heavy-duty vertical broiler is designed for medium to high-volume operations, providing reliable performance day after day.  Its top-mounted motor is protected from grease and spills, reducing maintenance and extending the machine’s lifespan.  Smooth stainless steel surfaces make cleaning quick and easy, while the robust construction ensures long-lasting durability.  The broiler features three double burners and a spit height of 28.7 inches. The upper motor drive can rotate left or right, and each burner has independent heat control knobs for precise cooking.  The skewer can be adjusted forward or backward to achieve the desired position, and a safety vent adds extra protection during use.  Constructed from stainless steel with included side panels, it is fitted for Natural Gas and can be easily converted to Liquid Propane using the supplied fittings.
