The Winco TB-8 Taco Basket (6" 8-slot model) is a commercial fryer rack used to shape and hold taco shells while they are being deep-fried. It is made of nickel-plated steel wire and has 8 individual slots, each designed to hold a 6-inch tortilla in place so it forms a consistent hard taco shell during frying. The basket is about 13.25 inches long and 6.5 inches wide, with a heat-resistant handle so it can be safely lowered into and lifted out of hot oil.
