Pacojet 2 is the next generation kitchen machine that elevates ordinary cooking to culinary excellence. Pacotizing enables chefs to "micro-puree" fresh, frozen foods into ultra-light mousses, naturally fresh ice creams and sorbets or aromatic soups, sauces or fillings without thawing. Intensive flavours, natural colors and vital nutrients are captured in individual, ready-to-serve portions.

How Pacojet 2 works

Fresh ingredients like, meat, fish, fruit or vegetables are placed in the beaker. Then add your preferred ingredients and top up with a liquid of your choice. Deep freeze the beaker to -22°C (-8°F) for at least 24-hours. When you are ready to use, simply mount the beaker onto Pacojet 2, select the number of portions needed and start! Its precision blade spins downward with at 2,000 rpm and in sealed mode, a pressure of 17.4 psi, shaving micro-thin layers off the top of the block of the deep-frozen ingredients. This unique process and function is called ”pacotizing”.
