The Gourmet brie baker is designed specifically for a standard 200g to 250g wheel of brie or camembert. Use a knife to score the top of the cheese, then place your wheel in the baker, add your favourite Gourmet baked brie toppings, and bake at 350F for about 15-20 minutes for a warm, gooey dip to share with your guests.
