The Thermalloy 12 Qt Standard Weight Stock Pot is constructed from durable 4.0 mm (6-gauge) aluminum, providing excellent heat distribution for consistent cooking results. With a capacity of 12 quarts (11.35 litres), it is ideal for preparing soups, stocks, sauces, pasta, and other large-batch recipes in commercial kitchens. The heavy-duty riveted handles are securely fastened for added strength and safe handling during use. This stock pot is manufactured by Browne under SKU 5813112. A matching cover is available separately (SKU 5815012).
