The Cambro 20LPHPC150 H-Pan™ Cover is a durable, amber flat lid designed for 1/2-size long high-heat food pans. Rated from -40°F to 375°F (-40°C to 190°C), it’s ideal for hot holding, steaming, microwaving, and flash-freezing. The non-stick surface provides a secure seal, resists bending and denting, and is dishwasher safe for easy cleaning. Measures 20 7/8" long by 6 3/8" wide and is designed to fit 1/2-size long pans.
