This is a 2 oz stainless steel ladle with a blue Kool-Touch® handle, model 4980230, from Vollrath. It’s made from heavy-duty 18/8 stainless steel with a one-piece design, so it’s strong, durable, and easy to clean. The ladle is fully functional up to 350°F. The blue Kool-Touch insulated handle stays comfortable to grip and is heat-resistant up to 225°F. It also features antimicrobial protection and is permanently bonded to prevent slipping or peeling. The 2 oz capacity is stamped on the handle, and the color-coding allows for quick size identification in busy kitchens. A hooked handle keeps it from sliding into pots and makes storage easy.
