This is a 4 oz stainless steel ladle with a Kool-Touch® handle from Vollrath. It’s made from heavy-duty 18/8 stainless steel, built to last and handle temperatures up to 350°F. The ladle has a one-piece design, making it stronger and easier to clean. The Kool-Touch insulated handle stays comfortable to hold and is heat-resistant up to 225°F. It also includes antimicrobial protection and is permanently bonded so it won’t slip or peel. The 4 oz capacity is precise and stamped on the handle for quick identification. A hooked handle prevents it from sliding into pots and allows for easy storage. It’s NSF certified, meaning it meets commercial food safety standards.
