The Vollrath 55470 Replacement 1/4-inch Dicing Blade Assembly is designed for the InstaCut 5.1 manual fruit and vegetable dicer, including model 55457. It features a convenient pop-in, pop-out design that allows for quick blade replacement, helping reduce downtime during food preparation.  The durable serrated blades are designed to produce clean, consistent 1/4-inch cuts while requiring less cutting force than straight blades.  The thermoset blade frame is corrosion-resistant and does not require adjustment.  With a 5-inch square cutting area, the assembly can accommodate larger fruits and vegetables such as potatoes, onions, tomatoes, and peppers.  A compatible push block is required and is sold separately.
