The Browne 574725 Meat Tenderizer offers precision and control for consistent results. The dual-textured head features both coarse and fine surfaces, allowing chefs to tailor tenderizing to different cuts of meat. A cast aluminum head delivers balanced weight and evenly distributes force across the 3" × 3" face for efficient, uniform tenderizing. Measuring 11¾" in length, the tenderizer is equipped with a hardwood handle that provides a secure, comfortable grip, supporting confident, controlled use during prep.
