The Cambro White Plastic Pizza Dough Box is a durable 6-inch deep dough box designed for storing, proofing, transporting, and cooling pizza dough.  Model DB18266CW148 measures 18 inches by 26 inches with a 6-inch depth, making it ideal for commercial kitchens and bakeries handling large batches of dough.  It is made from virtually unbreakable Camwear polycarbonate that is reinforced on all sides to prevent bending or warping during heavy use. The box helps prevent dough from crusting, extending freshness during proofing and storage.  It is stackable with other boxes of the same material for efficient storage and can withstand temperatures from -40°F to 210°F.  The dough box is also dishwasher safe and NSF listed for food safety compliance.
