The Vollrath 62182 Spoodle Portion Spoon is designed for accurate portion control and efficient serving in commercial foodservice environments. With an 8 oz capacity and durable stainless steel construction, it is ideal for serving sauces, gravies, stews, and other hot foods. Heat resistant up to 230°F. Part of the Vollrath Spoodle series, the 62182 combines the serving convenience of a ladle with the control of a spoon to improve serving accuracy and consistency. Its long stainless steel shaft easily reaches into deep pans, while the heat-resistant Grip ’N Serv handle enhances comfort and handling during high-volume service.
