The Vollrath® Wear-Ever® 2¾-quart Tapered Aluminum Saucepan is designed for durability, even heat distribution, and reliable performance in commercial kitchens. Its impact-resistant aluminum construction allows heat to spread evenly across the base and walls for consistent cooking results. The Steel Coat x3™ nonstick coating provides improved food release, easier cleaning, and extended product life, helping reduce replacement costs. The double-thick rim and bottom help the saucepan maintain its shape and resist dents. It also features a silicone TriVent™ handle that withstands temperatures up to 450°F, provides a comfortable ergonomic grip, and minimizes heat transfer. The handle is secured with Ever-Tite™ rivets for added strength and durability.
