The hollow “Stay Cool” handle provides a comfortable grip and helps reduce heat transfer while cooking. Designed to handle acidic foods, this double boiler offers excellent heat conductivity thanks to its 1/4" impact-bonded aluminum sandwich base, which promotes even heat distribution for consistent results. It’s compatible with gas, electric, ceramic, induction, and halogen cooktops. The set includes the pot, insert, and cover—everything you need to get started.
