It has a footprint of 60 inches wide by 20 inches deep and is intended to provide a stable, durable platform for heavy-duty cooking equipment in commercial kitchens. The stand is constructed from stainless steel, which offers excellent corrosion resistance, strength, and ease of cleaning. A standard design would include a welded square-tube frame, a reinforced top surface to support the charbroiler, four sturdy legs with adjustable stainless steel feet for leveling on uneven floors, and a lower shelf for additional storage and structural support.
