This oven features independent top and bottom elements so that it can work as a salamander, for baking, or as an oven. Made from stainless steel, this multi-functional oven is durable enough to stand up to the rigors of even high-volume kiosks and snack bars. This also makes the oven easy to clean. Plus, a removable crumb tray is located on the bottom of the unit. This tray catches crumbs as they fall off the product during baking, and makes it easy to remove them during routine oven cleaning. The 3" legs keep the oven stable on countertops and makes it easier to clean underneath the unit.
