The Bradley Smoker Alder Flavor Bisquettes BTAL48 are made from natural alder hardwood without additives, producing a clean and mild smoke flavor. Alder wood is most commonly used for smoking fish and seafood because of its light, slightly sweet taste that enhances food without overpowering it. These bisquettes are also suitable for smoking pork and poultry, giving them a smooth and delicate smoky flavor. Designed for use in Bradley smokers, the bisquettes are automatically fed into the smoker, with one bisquette typically consumed every 20 minutes. Alder is also a popular choice for smoking hams and bacon due to its rich yet gentle flavor profile.
