They produce compact, crystal-clear cubes and feature adjustable stainless steel feet (3/16″) for stable placement. The air-cooling system ensures efficient operation, while the internal rounded surfaces allow for easy cleaning. HCFC-free insulated storage and a retractable insulated door help maintain ice quality. The machine operates via a reliable electromechanical system and includes a simple ON/OFF switch. It is RoHS compliant and environmentally friendly, using HFC-free HC R290 refrigerant gas.
With the AWS (Automatic Washing System), the machine completes a full self-cleaning and descaling cycle in just 1.5 hours, keeping maintenance minimal and hygiene optimal.
This model produces up to 108 lbs of ice per 24 hours, has a bin capacity of 55 lbs, and each cube weighs 13 grams, providing consistent size and quality for professional use.
