Flake ice is ideal for chilled displays and creative presentations, such as oyster platters and buffet stations. With a temperature just below 0°C, the flakes are soft and malleable, allowing for versatile arrangements and decorative designs.  Ice flake machines come in various sizes and production capacities, making them suitable for retail environments, fish and seafood markets, and therapeutic applications.

The granular system uses an auger and ice breaker to continuously produce irregularly shaped ice. Its straightforward production process makes operation cost-effective and efficient.

Each machine produces 1 kilogram (2.2 lbs) of ice from 1 liter (0.26 gallons) of water. Adjustable stainless steel feet (3/16″) ensure stable placement, while HCFC-free insulated storage and a retractable insulated door maintain ice quality.  The AISI 304 stainless steel evaporator, air-cooling system, and easy-to-clean internal rounded surfaces support reliable performance and hygiene.  A dust-proof water basin and environmentally friendly R290 refrigerant further enhance its durability and efficiency.

This model produces up to 368 lbs of ice per 24 hours, with a bin capacity of 88 lbs.  The ice type is granular, with 80–82% dryness, providing consistent quality for professional use.
