The THERMALLOY Combi Oven Poultry Rack is designed for efficiently roasting poultry in commercial combi ovens. It accommodates up to six poultry items at once, making it ideal for high-volume kitchen operations. The rack promotes even roasting for uniformly browned skin and juicy, succulent meat. Its spike design allows poultry legs to be crossed without the need for tying or stringing. Constructed from heavy-gauge stainless steel with welded joints, the rack is built for long-lasting durability. An electroless plating finish helps protect the welded areas from rust and corrosion. The rack is easy to clean, dishwasher safe, and universally sized to fit all 1/1 GN combi ovens.
