Designed for high-volume foodservice operations, this ENERGY STAR® certified dishwashing system delivers powerful cleaning performance for pots, pans, utensils, trays, and sheet pans while minimizing water and energy consumption.
Built with a high-efficiency 4 HP high-pressure wash pump and 15kW wash tank heater, the PP-11 PRO VHR provides rapid pre-heating and superior wash performance even on heavily soiled wares. The advanced ventless heat recovery system captures and reuses heat energy, reducing utility costs and eliminating the need for an external vent hood in many applications.
The intuitive touchscreen control panel features multi-lingual operational guidance, onboard diagnostics, programmable cleaning cycles, and condition alerts to simplify operation and reduce downtime. With selectable 2, 4, and 6-minute wash cycles, operators can customize performance based on soil load and kitchen demands.
Designed for convenience and durability, this commercial pot and pan washer includes a 34" extended hood clearance, automatic drain valve, spray gun, hold-down grid, flat rack, and sheet pan insert. The door interlock system maximizes energy recovery while reducing steam and condensate release into the workspace.
