The Hobart DWHIP-HL4030 is a heavy-duty stainless steel wire whip designed for use with Hobart Legacy+ HL300 and HL400 all-purpose mixers. It is compatible with 30-quart bowls on the HL300 and with both 30-quart and 40-quart bowl configurations on the HL400 mixer models. Constructed from durable stainless steel, the DWHIP-HL4030 is ideal for whipping and aerating light mixtures such as whipped cream, meringues, and egg whites. It delivers smooth, consistent mixing results while standing up to the demands of commercial and institutional kitchen environments.
