The Tarrison DI-5-1 is a single-burner drop-in induction range with a ceramic cooking surface. It has a 500-watt burner, operates on 120 volts, 60 Hz, single-phase power, draws 12 amps, and uses a NEMA 5-15P plug. It features touch-key power controls, a digital display, and five power settings. The unit also provides enhanced safety because there is no open flame or exposed heating coil. The cooking surface produces heat primarily when magnetic cookware is placed on it, and the automatic shut-off begins the cooling process when the cookware is removed. Its close-coil technology provides fast heating and precise temperature control, making it suitable for applications where speed, efficiency, and ease of use are important.
