Electric Chafing Pan 607830EW is a convenient and efficient solution for converting standard fuel chafers into electric units. Designed for use with one full-size or two half-size 2-1/2" deep food pans, it features a self-regulating heating element that maintains food at the correct serving temperature. With 450 watts of startup power, the electric water pan operates on a standard 110–120 volt, 60 Hz circuit and is UL listed for safety. The adjustable thermostat allows precise temperature control, and a built-in indicator light signals when the unit is in use. At the maximum setting, the water in the pan heats to approximately 185°F, ensuring optimal food quality during service. Finished in black, this unit is practical, durable, and easy to integrate into any buffet or catering setup.
