Its low-profile design fits easily beneath fryer drain valves, making oil draining and filtering more convenient.  The pot features a durable enamel exterior, a gasketed safety lid to help reduce spills, and a caster-equipped mobility base that allows for easy transport without the need for a separate trolley.
