Harmony Chafer, 9 Quart, includes: 20" x 12" x 2.5" food pan, (2) fuel holders and 4" deep water pan. The cover has built-in stop at 140° for single-side serving and fully retracts to 180° for two-side serving. The cover removes without tools for cleaning. Replacement food pan # 575175-1, Replacement water pan # 575175-2 & Replacement hinge assembly # 575170-3.
