The 9-Quart Chafer is a versatile and dependable solution for buffets, catered events, banquets, and self-serve food stations. It includes a 20" × 12" × 2.5" food pan, a 4" deep water pan, and two fuel holders, providing everything needed to maintain proper food temperatures during service. The fully retractable roll-top lid features a built-in stop at 140° for convenient single-sided serving and opens completely to 180° for easy double-sided access. An automatic tension adjuster ensures smooth lid operation, while the removable cover allows for quick, tool-free cleaning after events. Constructed from durable stainless steel with a polished mirror finish, this chafer offers both long-lasting performance and an elegant presentation. It also includes mounting studs for an optional electric heater, giving operators flexible heating options to suit different service needs.
