The Hatco HWBI-FUL is a built-in, full-size insulated top-mount heated food well designed to hold hot and fresh foods at safe serving temperatures. Its self-adjusting thermostat monitors the actual well temperature and supplies heat only when needed. The fully insulated construction helps retain and distribute heat evenly, maintaining food quality and consistent holding times while keeping surrounding surfaces cooler for added safety. The unit also provides faster preheating and heat recovery for improved energy efficiency. The HWBI-FULD version includes a drain.
