The Johnson-Rose 3816 fry pan is a 6½-inch (≈6.6") French-style steel pan made from 18-gauge carbon steel, designed for fast, even heating and traditional stovetop cooking. It has sloped sides that make it ideal for sautéing, flipping, and stir-frying small portions, and it features a welded steel handle for durability and easy cleaning (no rivets). Because it’s uncoated carbon steel, it needs to be seasoned before use, but once seasoned it develops a natural non-stick surface similar to cast iron.
