The Dexter Russell V-Lo 10" Chef’s Knife is a versatile kitchen knife designed for slicing, chopping, dicing, mincing, and disjointing. Its 10-inch blade is made from proprietary DEXSTEEL stain-free, high-carbon steel and is individually ground and hand-honed for a sharp, long-lasting edge. The knife features a curved blade tip that makes rocking motions easier for efficient slicing and chopping. The V-Lo handle combines soft Santoprene with durable polypropylene to provide comfort, strength, and secure control . It also features a Dex-Tex Armadillo texture for a reliable grip and a protective finger guard for added safety.
