This heavy-duty stainless steel food mill is built for high-performance kitchen use. It comes with one free interchangeable grid of your choice (1, 1.5, 2, 3, or 4 mm) to suit a variety of preparation needs. The double-crushing system ensures maximum productivity, making it ideal for preparing purees, stewed fruits, fish soups, and more.
The mill effectively strains out seeds and skins, with a flow rate of approximately 11 lbs per minute, serving 10 to 50 portions depending on use. The perforated height is 2″, and it fits pots over 7″ in diameter. Perfect for milling tomatoes, apples, carrots, potatoes, and a wide range of other fruits and vegetables.
