Cut costs on oil by preventing premature discarding if oil/shortening. These strips work in oil and shortening (animal, vegetable, or A/V blend). These strips can measure free fatty acid level between 2%-7%. Can be used at operating temperature of (325°-400°F/163°-204°C.
These are perfect for easy oil testing in any kitchen establishment and provide fast results.
Store bottles with lids on tightly in a cool room with temp. of 70°F/21°C away from high moisture and humidity.
