The Omcan Grinder Plate #22 (Model 11255) is a carbon steel grinding plate designed for #22 meat grinders. It features a 20 mm (13/16″) hole size, making it ideal for very coarse grinding applications. This plate is commonly used for the first grind when making sausages, as well as for preparing chili, stew meat, and chunky textures. Its hubless, 1-notch round design allows for easy installation and removal. The plate is compatible with all #22 grinders and is suitable for both commercial and heavy home use. Because it is made of carbon steel, it should be thoroughly washed, dried, and lightly oiled after use to prevent rust.
