The Omcan Grinder #22 Plate Carbon Steel (Model 11248) is a medium-grind plate designed for #22 meat grinders. It has a 6 mm (1/4″) hole size, making it ideal for ground beef, burgers, sausage blends, and general-purpose grinding. The plate features a hubless, 1-notch round design for easy installation and removal. It fits most #22 grinders but is not compatible with Omcan model 11012. Made from carbon steel, it offers strong cutting performance but should be washed, dried, and lightly oiled after use to prevent rust.
