The Chicago Metallic 10291 is a durable, commercial-grade open-top loaf pan designed for busy kitchens. It is made from 26-gauge aluminized steel with folded construction and a reinforced wire-in rim for added strength and resistance to warping. Its AMERICOAT® ePlus silicone glaze provides easy release of baked goods and simplifies cleanup. The pan has a 12 × 5 × 3½-inch interior and is suitable for producing approximately 1.5 lb loaves.
