Browne’s 2.5" Deep Half Size Perforated Food Pan is made from durable 24-gauge stainless steel and features a full-perimeter anti-jamming design with reinforced edges and corners to resist bending and damage. This design also creates space between stacked pans, allowing proper airflow for faster, more complete drying. Perforations on the bottom and sides provide maximum drainage and airflow, making the pan ideal for thawing, steaming, and crisping. Measuring 12 3/4" long by 10 3/8" wide with a 2.5" depth, this pan has a 4.3-quart capacity.
