These Browne 2.5" Deep Half Size Food Pans are well suited for roasting, baking, poaching, food preparation, or storage. Constructed from durable 24-gauge stainless steel, they feature a full-perimeter anti-jamming design with reinforced edges and corners to resist bending and damage. This design also creates space between stacked pans, allowing proper airflow so the pans can dry completely. Rounded corners help maximize serving yield by making it easy to remove all food while also simplifying cleaning. With a 4.37-quart capacity and measurements of 12 3/4" long by 10 3/8" wide and 2 1/2" deep, these pans are built for reliable performance in commercial kitchens.
