Browne’s 1/4 Size Food Pan is constructed from durable 24-gauge stainless steel to withstand the repeated use of busy commercial kitchens. Its anti-jam design creates space between stacked pans, allowing proper ventilation for faster, more complete drying. Reinforced edges help maintain the pan’s shape and resist bending over time.
The pan features a 6" depth, measures 6 3/8" wide by 10 3/8" long, and has a 4.6-quart capacity, making it ideal for food preparation, storage, and service.
