The Browne 2.5" Deep Full Size Food Pan is made from durable 24-gauge stainless steel and features a full-perimeter anti-jamming design with reinforced edges and corners to resist bending and damage. This design also creates space between stacked pans, promoting airflow for faster, more complete drying. Rounded bottom corners make it easy to remove every last bit of food, maximizing serving yield and simplifying cleanup. Measuring 20 3/4" long by 12 3/4" wide with a 2.5" depth, this pan holds up to 8.7 quarts.
