The DVA/Beltram Tel-Tru 5" Adjustable Thermometer (Model 70209) is a commercial-grade bimetal thermometer designed for accurate temperature monitoring in food service and cooking applications.  It features a 2-inch diameter dial with a 5-inch stem measuring 0.150 inches in diameter, making it suitable for use in ovens, grills, smokers, and other commercial cooking equipment.  The thermometer has a temperature range of 0°F to 220°F, providing clear and accurate readings for food preparation and holding applications.  Its back-connected design allows for easy installation through equipment panels or doors, while the 304 stainless steel external components provide excellent corrosion resistance, durability, and ease of cleaning.  For maintaining measurement accuracy, the thermometer includes a friction nut for calibration, allowing the user to recalibrate the instrument when required.  The unit is fitted with an oven-safe glass lens that withstands high operating temperatures while protecting the dial face from damage.  The thermometer is NSF certified, confirming compliance with food equipment sanitation standards for commercial kitchens.  It is supplied in boxes of four units and is suitable for both replacement and new equipment installations where reliable temperature monitoring is required.
