Refrigeration System
Factory-engineered, self-contained capillary tube system uses eco-friendly R-134A refrigerant. Oversized, balanced components—large evaporator coil, high-horsepower compressor, and large condenser—maintain cabinet temps between 33°F and 38°F (0.5°C to 3.3°C). Efficient, low-velocity, high-volume airflow from sealed, self-lubricating fan motors and large blades enables quick recovery and shorter cycles. Side-access condensing unit slides out for easy maintenance.

Cabinet Construction
Durable stainless steel exterior with aluminum back; interior features NSF-approved white aluminum liner and stainless floor with coved corners. Ecomate foam insulation throughout offers zero ODP and GWP. Heavy-duty 300 series stainless steel top with drip-resistant “V” edge supports up to 1,434 lbs (651 kg). 4″ locking casters on front.

Drawers
Stainless steel fronts, liners, and frames with 12″ recessed, foamed-in-place handles. Heavy-duty, tool-free removable slides and rollers for easy cleaning. Magnetic gaskets are one-piece and removable. Each drawer holds three 12″ x 20″ x 4″ pans (sold separately) and includes two full-length dividers for flexible configurations.

Features & Electrical
Epoxy-coated evaporator resists corrosion. Digital exterior temperature display. NSF-7 rated for open food storage. Pre-wired for 115/60/1, 15 amp outlet; cord and plug included.
