This heavy-duty vertical broiler is built for medium to high-volume operations, offering reliable performance and durability.  Its top-mounted motor is protected from grease and spills, reducing the need for frequent replacements and repairs.  Smooth stainless steel surfaces make cleaning quick and easy while ensuring long-lasting use.  The broiler is equipped with four double burners and features a spit height of 35.4 inches.  The upper motor drive can rotate left or right, and each burner has independent heat control knobs for precise cooking.  The skewer adjusts forward or backward to achieve the desired position, and a safety vent provides additional protection.  Constructed from stainless steel with included side panels, the unit is fitted for Natural Gas and can be converted to Liquid Propane using the supplied fittings.
