Its clear dial markings indicate whether the cooking surface is too cold, at the optimal grilling temperature, or hot enough to create a perfect sear on meats. The thermometer features a durable stainless steel construction with a silver finish and a 2-inch dial face. It has a temperature range of 150°F to 700°F and a flat-bottom design that makes it easy to place and use on grills or griddles. It is also NSF listed, making it suitable for professional foodservice use.
