Constructed of strong aluminum, the Winco ALRP-1826H roast pan resists dents, scrapes, and warping. It supports regular use in a commercial kitchen and works great for roasting heavy meats, potatoes, or other dense dishes. The pan sports a handle on each end for transportation, and its cooking surface is 12 gauge, which measures 2.4 millimeters thick.
