The Browne 8" x 10" Rectangular Footed Food Pan Grates are nickel-plated wire grids designed to sit above food pans and elevate food during holding or cooling. Raising food off the pan allows grease and oil to drip away, helping prevent sogginess and reducing the chance of food sticking to the bottom. These footed grates also double as convenient cooling racks when placed directly on a countertop or work surface. Made from durable nickel-plated steel, they are oven safe up to 400°F and are compatible with half-size food pans. Handwashing is recommended.
