The Wüsthof Classic Double Serrated 9" Bread Knife (4152 / 23) features a double serrated edge for cutting both soft and crusty breads with minimal compression. Formed with dozens of small individual cutting edges the double serrations allow the knife to cut cleanly in either direction without the use of excessive pressure. Only the tips of each of the serrations comes in contact with your cutting surface leaving the inner scalloped edges sharp for many years.
